Frontier Research and Development ("Frontier R&D", "we") builds translation and writing tools. We collect as little personal information as we can, and we do not sell personal information to anyone. This page explains what our website and tools handle and how to contact us about it.

This Website

frontierrnd.com is a static site served by Cloudflare. We run no analytics or advertising scripts and set no tracking cookies. Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses and request logs) to serve and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts and icons load from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which receive the request needed to deliver those files.

Contacting Us

If you email, call, or write to us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We use it only for that purpose.

Tools That Connect to Third-Party Accounts

Some Frontier R&D tools let you connect an account you hold with another service, such as LinkedIn, so the tool can act on your behalf. When you do:

• You authorize the connection yourself through that service's own sign-in and consent screen. We never see or store your password.
• The service issues an access token with only the permissions you approved. For our local-first tools, that token and any profile details returned with it are stored on your own device, not on Frontier R&D servers.
• The tool uses the token only for actions you explicitly trigger, such as publishing a post you have written or fetching statistics for a post you published.
• You can disconnect at any time inside the tool, which deletes the stored token, and you can revoke the app's access from the third-party service's settings.

Content you write in these tools stays in plain files on your device unless you choose to publish it. Where a tool sends text to an AI model provider to draft or edit it, that text is sent to the provider you have configured under their terms, and is not retained by Frontier R&D.

Hosted Products

Our hosted products, such as Aquilla, have their own privacy terms presented inside the product. Where those terms differ from this page, the product's terms govern that product.

Children

Our website and tools are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
